Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Defective or Incorrect Items
We will replace or refund items only if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Customer-submitted design errors

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from MakeItCustom.ca, you agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may be challenged with evidence.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.
