All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom-made and personalized products may require additional production time depending on design complexity.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx depending on the most efficient option for your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided:
